Design by Arturo acute;lvarez, 2000. Custom tailor Doscubos to your own tastes in any one of 12 different colors of hand-cut stained glass. Doscubos is a minimal shape that is extremely simple, created with high-quality materials that yield a functional result where less is more. A collection with which to decorate in a fresh and natural way. Every Arturo Alvarez stained glass diffuser is handcrafted one-by-one by trained artisans in limited series. Each Arturo Alvarez original is yours alone; no two pieces are exactly the same. Following the painstaking production process, Arturo Alvarez himself engraves his signature and the series number onto the finished diffuser, certifying that the craftsman has exceeded Arturo’s personal standards for quality. Arturo Alvarez does not manufacture lights; they create original works of art whose beauty is optimized by illumination. The glass panels are hand welded using traditional Tiffany techniques, using lead-free solder. Stainless steel base. Includes dimmer switch.

Design by Arturo Alvarez Custom tailor Sophi to your own tastes in any one of 12 different colors of stained glass; a mix of black, white, and a color of your choice; or select our standard mix of Amber. Sophi: Two opposite curves that close toward the interior, gathering up light and throwing it outward. It is a special and unique combination of colors in a shade joined in a peculiar way. Every Arturo Alvarez stained glass diffuser is handcrafted one-by-one by trained artisans in limited series. Each Arturo Alvarez original is yours alone; no two pieces are exactly the same. Following the painstaking production process, Arturo Alvarez himself engraves his signature and the series number onto the finished diffuser, certifying that the craftsman has exceeded Arturo’s personal standards for quality. Arturo Alvarez does not manufacture lights; they create original works of art whose beauty is optimized by illumination. Stainless steel canopy and fittings. Dimensions 39.5″L X 59.25″ overall height; each diffuser is 17.75″L X 8.5″H. Uses 2 X 100W 120V E26 (medium base) incandescent lamps (not included) or energy efficient 2 X 13W 120V G24q-1 compact fluorescent lamps ( not included); electronic ballast. These are one of a kind, made to order, custom lamps. Returns and cancellations will not be accepted.
